There are five divisions of Royce Builders offering homes priced from the $90,000’s to the $350,000’s. Texas Colonial Homes, Espree Homes, Royce Homes, Enclave Homes by Royce and Michael Thomas Estate Homes each share a common commitment to customer satisfaction.

Our Way of Giving Back

Royce Builders believes in giving back to the community. We encourage our associates to give back to the communities where they live and work by dedicating their time, talent and resources. Our hope is to measurably enhance the community’s quality of life as well as the lives of our associates and homeowners who live and work in the area. Royce Builders and the Royce Builders Foundation for Youth undertake numerous community service activities, such as improving the lives of the disadvantaged, enhancing educational opportunities for young people and supporting research organizations. We focus on three distinct areas of community service: Education, Health and Welfare, and Civic Enrichment. Regardless of the initiatives we adopt, our philosophy is the same - invest in our communities and encourage them to invest in themselves.
